At SK Academia, we strive to ensure that our students and parents are satisfied with our tutoring services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

2. Trial Classes

Trial classes are offered free of charge. No payment is required for the initial demo session, and therefore no refund is applicable.

3. Course Enrolment & Cancellation

If you choose to enrol in a paid course, you may cancel your enrolment under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If cancellation is requested before the start of the first scheduled class.
• Pro-rata Refund: If cancellation is requested after the course has begun, a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused sessions may be provided, subject to a small administrative fee.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Classes already attended or missed without prior notice (24 hours).
• Access to digital resources or downloadable materials once accessed.
• Administrative or registration fees, if explicitly stated at the time of enrolment.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email skacademia108@gmail.com with your student name, course details, and reason for cancellation. Refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
